CleanMail Ops is designed to help users manage Gmail inbox hygiene, unsubscribe workflows, and follow-up verification with clear audit trails.

We only process the Google account data needed to authenticate users, connect approved Gmail mailboxes, and run the inbox management features requested by the signed-in user.

Mailbox access tokens are stored encrypted at rest. CleanMail Ops is not intended to sell personal data or use Gmail content for unrelated advertising.
